The staff will assist you in the identification of any needs your child may have, and in locating services to meet those needs.
This is for children ages 0-5 that reside in the following districts: Maize, Burrton, Sedgwick, Renwick, Cheney, Conway Springs, Clearwater, Goddard and Valley Center. This is not a “Kindergarten Screening”.
